Parents, carers, pupils and staff work together in harmony by calmly expressing our views, questions, comments or concerns to each other, but more importantly we also listen to others, to make a positive environment which is conducive to learning.
We truly believe our learners should have a say in the decisions within school. This ensures that opportunities are provided for them all to express their views either informally or formally. Pupils express themselves informally during lesson times or during break times, or more formally during school council meetings.
Parents or carers questions, comments and concerns are important to us. We try our best to make ourselves available for you at the start or end of every school day. We regularly send home questionnaires to judge your views; these have played a pivotal role in helping us shape the future of our learners at Longwood and prove that we truly do listen to your opinions and act upon them.
