Nursery

Together we maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment within which we can learn and live in harmony. We aim to promote sustainability and an awareness of wider global issues through our connected curriculum.

Nursery is an important stage in your child's learning journey as it is your child's first stage in their learning into school. This stage prepares them for their future and successes. In Nursery we ensure that everyone is cared for and their learning needs addressed by providing a learning experience that is fun, active, exciting in a secure environment. In Little Oaks, we observe the children and plan activities that not only educates them but also follows their interests indoors and outdoors.

The EYFS is a statutory curriculum for all children in England and sets out clear goals (Early Learning Goals) which children aim to achieve by the end of Foundation Stage (reception class). We work closely with the Reception teacher within school to ensure all our children are well prepared and ready to move on to this next stage of their development. Throughout the year our children will visit and learn the school to aid transition when they start Reception full time

We are delighted that you would like your child to attend our Nursery,Little Oaks.
